3–central valve;
4–compensatory tank;
5–sensor of level of brake liquid;
6–accumulator of low pressure;
7–pump block;
8–electric motor;
9–inlet valve (NO);
10-inlet valve (NO);
11-final valve (NC);
12-final valve (NC)

Element hydraulic kennel of anti-blocking brake system

1–ABS block;
2–dempfiruyushchy chamber;
3–electric motor;
4–compensatory tank;
5–main brake cylinder;
6–vacuum amplifier of brakes;
7–pressure accumulator;
8–brake pedal;
9–position of the primary piston;
10-central valve;
11-inlet valve;
12-sensor of frequency of rotation of a wheel;
13-support;
14-final valve

Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.

Prevention

Liquid in a popolnitelny tank of brake system should be supported at level 3/4 or is higher in the course of pumping.

During removal of air add only pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer

2. Removal of air carry out in the following order:
      – right forward wheel;
      – left forward wheel;
      – right back wheel;
      – left back wheel.
3. Unscrew a cover from the union of pumping and attach to it a hose.
4. Arrange other end of a hose in glass capacity, sufficient volume.
5. Slowly press a brake pedal several times.
6. At the pressed pedal of a brake a key OK130 430 019 weaken the union of pumping and let the air out from hydraulic system.
7. Tighten the union of pumping and release a brake pedal.

Inhaling moment: 5,9–8,8 N • m
8. Repeat operations 5-7 until there will be a brake liquid without air vials.
9. Screw a cover on the pumping union.
10. Check correctness of work of a brake.
11. Check absence of leakages of brake liquid.
12. Add brake liquid in a popolnitelny tank of brake system.
