GENERAL INFORMATION

Block of hydraulic management (HCU)

1–brake tube;
2–socket;
3–bolts;
4–arm of the block of safety locks;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of the block of safety locks and remove the block of safety locks from the block of hydraulic management (HCU).
3. Uncover the socket the block. Having pulled, release a clamp and disconnect the socket from the block of hydraulic management.
4. A cap wrench disconnect six brake tubes. Collect the leaked brake liquid. Temporarily close the ends of tubes plastic jams, for an exception of hit of pollution in them.
5. A cap wrench turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of the block of hydraulic management and remove an arm.
6. Temporarily close openings in the block plastic jams, for an exception of hit of pollution in them.
7. Store the block of hydraulic management in the protective container.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish an arm of the block of hydraulic management on the car and fix two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 19–25 N • m

2. Establish the block of hydraulic management on a place and fix three screws.

Inhaling moment: 8–10 N • m

3. Repeatedly connect six brake tubes. Tighten connecting nuts of fastening of tubes.

Inhaling moment: 12–22 N • m
4. Connect the socket to the block of hydraulic management.
5. Establish the main arm of the block of safety locks and fix three bolts.
6. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system.
7. Check absence of leakages of brake liquid.
8. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
