14.12. Vacuum amplifier of brakes

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the main brake cylinder.

2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the unilateral valve of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

3. In salon of the car remove spring шплинт, and to remove a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт.

4. Unscrew four nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

5. Remove the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

6. Remove laying of an arm of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the vacuum amplifier of brakes with new laying on a partition of a motor compartment and fix four nuts.

Inhaling moment: 19–26 N • m

2. Establish a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт and fix its new spring the shplinty.

3. From a motor compartment attach a vacuum hose to the unilateral valve of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

4. Establish the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier of brakes and fix two nuts.

Inhaling moment: 9,8–16 N • m

5. Connect brake tubes and tighten connecting nuts of fastening of tubes.

Inhaling moment: 13–22 N • m

6. Connect the socket of the sensor of level of brake liquid.

7. Fill a popolnitelny tank of brake system with brake liquid to a label the MOVE.

8. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system.

9. Check absence of leakages of brake liquid.

10. Check and, if necessary, adjust height of installation of a pedal and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake.
