18.5. Check of level and density of electrolit and charging

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check level of electrolit which should be between "UPPER LEVEL" and "LOWER LEVEL" labels located on the case of the storage battery.
2. If level is lower admissible, add the distilled water to "UPPER LEVEL" label.
3. At small annual run of the car the density of electrolit is recommended to check each 3 months and to compare the received results to the data provided in the table.

4. At suspicion on malfunction of the storage battery compare electrolit density in banks which should differ no more than on 0,04. Otherwise plates are damaged, or there is a leakage of electrolit.
5. If the density differs in the specified limits, and the battery is discharged, it should be charged.
