18.16. Rotor check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. An ohmmeter check conductivity between brushes of a collector and a rotor. In the presence of conductivity, replace a rotor.
2. An ohmmeter check conductivity between brushes of a collector and rotor shaft. In the presence of conductivity, replace a rotor.
3. Establish a rotor on V-shaped blocks and, the indicator of hour type, check collector palpation. If palpation exceeds maximum permissible value, pierce a collector or replace a rotor.

Nominal palpation: 0,05 mm
Maximum permissible palpation: 0,4 mm
4. Measure diameter of a collector. If diameter less than the demanded size, replace a rotor.

Diameter of a collector: 31 mm
5. If the surface of a collector is polluted, wipe it. If necessary, pierce or process a collector an emery paper.
6. If depth of flutes between contact plates of a collector less maximum permissible size, replace a rotor.

Nominal depth; 0,5–0,8 mm
Maximum permissible depth: 0,2 mm

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish earlier removed washers on a rotor shaft.
2. Establish a rotor in the stator case.
3. Establish a shchetkoderzhatel in a back cover and fix screws.

Inhaling moment: 2,4–4,4 N • m
4. Establish the obgonny coupling and a clamp of a lock ring on a rotor shaft.
5. Establish a lock ring in a flute of a shaft of a rotor.
6. Establish a clamp of a lock ring on a lock ring.
7. Establish the lever.
8. At existence establish planetary transfer.
9. Establish a forward cover.
10. From a back cover establish, and return hairpins.

Inhaling moment: 3,8–7,1 N • m
11. Insert a plunzher into the lever.
12. Insert a spring of the traction relay.
13. Establish the traction relay and fix screws.

Inhaling moment: 4,1–7,6 N • m
14. Submit tension of the storage battery to the plug S and the case of the traction relay and check that the plunzher is nominated outside and stops.
15. Measure a gap between a clamp of a lock ring and a flange of a forward cover.

Gap: 0,5–2,0 mm

Prevention

Do not submit tension of the storage battery on the traction relay during more than 10 pages.


16. If the gap differs from demanded, adjust it increasing or reducing number of laying between the traction relay and a forward cover.
17. Connect a wire of the coil of a stator to the plug M of the traction relay.
