Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Turn out a bolt and remove a washer of fastening of forward cross-section bent for to a cross-section beam.
4. Turn out a bolt and remove a washer of fastening of back cross-section bent for to a cross-section beam.
5. Turn out a nut and remove a sharnirny bolt of fastening of cross-section bent for to a support of a back nave.
6. Turn out two sharnirny bolts of fastening of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
7. Remove the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
8. Turn out nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
9. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer and remove stabilizer earrings
10. Turn out an assembly bolt of fastening of an arm of the stabilizer and the plug of an arm of the stabilizer.
11. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
12. Turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of a cross-section beam, then turn out one bolt of fastening of a cross-piece to a cross-section beam.
13. Remove a cross-section beam.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw one bolt of fastening of a cross-piece to a cross-section beam, then screw three bolts of fastening of an arm of a cross-section beam.

Inhaling moment: 46–57 N • m
2. Establish the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
3. Put greasing on the stabilizer plug.
4. Establish stabilizer plugs according to the adjusting labels put on the stabilizer.
5. Establish arms of the stabilizer and fix bolts.
6. Screw a bolt of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer to a cross-section beam.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
7. Screw nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer to the stabilizer.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
8. Establish the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket in an arm and on a support of a nave and fix two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
9. Establish cross-section drafts on a support of a nave and fix the sharnirny bolt, two washers and a spring washer, then tighten a lock nut.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
10. Establish forward cross-section draft and fix it a bolt and a lock washer to a cross-section beam.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
11. Establish back cross-section draft and fix it a bolt and a lock washer to a cross-section beam.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
12. After installation, check corners of installation of back wheels.
