Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a back spring, and the shock-absorber.
2. Turn out two assembly bolts.
3. Fix the top support of a rack in a vice.
Prevention Close sponges of a vice plates from a soft material.
	4. Weaken a lock nut on two-three turns.
Prevention Do not turn out completely a nut.
5. The special adaptation OK2A1 341 001 compress a spring of a rack of a back suspension bracket.
6. Turn out a lock nut and remove a washer.
	7. Remove the top support of a rack of a back suspension bracket, the top nest of a spring, the top laying of a spring, a cylindrical spring, a dustproof cover, the bottom laying of a spring and the buffer.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check the following details of a rack of a forward suspension bracket and, if necessary, replace them:
   a. undertake a hand a rod of the shock-absorber and several times press and extend it from the shock-absorber;
   b. check that the rod moves smoothly, without jammings and the effort enclosed to a rod does not change with each course;
   c. be convinced that when moving a rod there are no extraneous noise.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix the shock-absorber in a vice.
Prevention Close sponges of a vice plates from a soft material.
2. Establish the bottom laying of a spring in a spring nest from a rack.
3. The special adaptation OK2A1 341 001 compress a spring of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
4. Establish a cylindrical spring, having established the bottom end of a spring in dredging.
5. Establish a dustproof cover and the buffer.
6. Establish the top laying of a spring and the top support of a rack, leveling two directing plugs of the top support and the bottom arm of a rack.
7. Establish a washer and a lock nut of a rod and tighten it, a little.
	8. Remove the special adaptation OK2A1 341 001 for spring compression.
Prevention Check that the cylindrical spring is correctly placed in the top and bottom nests.
9. Close sponges of a vice plates from a soft material and fix the top support of a rack in a vice.
	10. Tighten a lock nut of a rod the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 64–80 N • m
11. Establish on nuts dustproof caps.
