GENERAL INFORMATION

Forward stabilizer of cross-section stability

1–nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer;
2–stabilizer earring;
3–assembly bolt;
4–stabilizer arm;

5–stabilizer plug;
6–stabilizer;
7–nut of fastening of steering transfer

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Remove a mudguard of a motor compartment.
4. Turn out nuts and disconnect stabilizer earrings from the stabilizer.
	5. Turn out nuts and disconnect stabilizer earrings from the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket.
6. Turn out two nuts of fastening of an arm of steering transfer and temporarily shift steering transfer.
	7. The AA0 adaptation OK201 170 support the engine and turn out six bolts of fastening of a cross-section beam.
8. Lower a cross-section beam so that it was possible to deduce the stabilizer from under a cross-section beam.
9. Remove the stabilizer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the stabilizer plug according to the adjusting labels put on the stabilizer.
2. Establish the stabilizer behind a cross-section beam.
3. Lift a cross-section beam on a place and fix six bolts. Inhaling moment: 93–127 N • m
	4. Tighten two nuts of fastening of an arm of steering transfer. Inhaling moment: 31–46 N • m
5. Establish stabilizer earrings on the bottom levers and fix them nuts. Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m

Prevention

Tighten nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer on the bottom levers the demanded moment after car installation on wheels (under loading).
