15.3. Bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket

GENERAL INFORMATION

Bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket

1–nut of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer;
2–sharnirny bolt;
3–assembly bolts;
4–coupling bolt of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge;
5–lock nut;
6–washers;
7–back plug;

8–nuts;
9–bolts;
10-spherical hinge of the bottom lever;
11-a protective cover of the spherical hinge to (replace);
12-forward plug;
13-bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Turn out a nut of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer to the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket.
4. Turn out a sharnirny bolt.
5. Turn out a nut and remove a bolt of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist.
6. Turn out three assembly bolts.
7. Turn out a lock nut and remove a washer and a back part of the plug of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket.
8. Turn out two nuts and remove bolts of fastening of the spherical hinge to the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket.
9. Fix the spherical hinge in a vice.
10. Gradually, being careful and moving a chisel round the hinge, bring down a protective cover.

Prevention

Do not damage the surface of the hinge adjoining to a protective cover.


11. Remove the forward plug of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket.
12. Remove the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put a small amount of greasing in a protective cover of the spherical hinge.
2. A press and an opravka establish a protective cover on the spherical hinge.
3. Establish the spherical hinge on the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket and fix it two bolts and nuts.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
4. Establish the back plug on the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket with two washers and tighten a lock nut.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
5. Tighten three assembly bolts.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
6. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge in a rotary fist and fix a bolt and a nut.

Inhaling moment: 43–54 N • m
7. Establish the forward plug on the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket and tighten a sharnirny bolt.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
8. Screw a nut of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer to the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket.

Inhaling moment: 43-61 N • m

Prevention

Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket the demanded moment before car lowering (without loading).

Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of forward and back plugs of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket after car installation on wheels (under loading).


Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Fix the special tool OK130 322 020 on a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket and measure a torque which is necessary for putting for a hinge provorachivaniye.

The moment for a hinge provorachivaniye: 2,0–3,4 N • m
