Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before dismantling measure люфт between a semi-axial gear wheel and the satellite.
2. Dismantling carry out in the sequence designated by figures in drawing.
3. Check a condition of all details and, if necessary, replace them.
4. Removal of separate details is given below.
5. Assembly is carried out to sequences of return to removal.
6. Installation of separate details is given below.

Removal of bearings of differential


Prevention

Do not remove the bearing if its replacement is not required.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The special adaptation OK130 171 013 remove the bearing from an opposite conducted gear wheel.
2. The special adaptation OK130 171 013 remove the bearing from a conducted gear wheel.

Prevention

Be careful not to drop a differential box.


3. The special AA0 adaptation OK670 990 remove an internal ring of the bearing from an opposite conducted gear wheel.
4. The special AA0 adaptation OK670 990 remove an internal ring of the bearing from a conducted gear wheel.

Check a condition of all details of differential and, if necessary, replace them.

Installation of a conducted gear wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Examine a gear wreath of a conducted gear wheel on lack of wear and cracks. If it was carried out it is replaced details, adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

Installation of bearings

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the bearing on absence of damages and smoothness of rotation. If the bearing acted in film, replace rings of bearings and adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

2. The special AA1 adaptation OK900 175 establish the new bearing from a conducted gear wheel.
3. Establish a speedometer drive.
4. The special AA1 adaptation OK900 175 establish the new bearing from an opposite conducted gear wheel.
5. Establish a new cylindrical pin as is shown in drawing to fix an axis of satellites.

Check люфта between a semi-axial gear wheel and the satellite

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the left and right power shafts in differential.
2. Establish power shafts in V-shaped blocks.

3. By the indicator of hour type measure люфт.

Люфт: 0–0,1 mm

4. If люфт exceeds admissible limits, replace the damaged and worn-out details.
