Removal of a sealing ring of a rod of gear shifting

Prevention

At removal of a sealing ring do not damage a coupling case.

Removal of a bell of an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an external ring of the bearing, lifting it together with a bell.
Prevention If necessary, a screw-driver remove an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft.
2. Insert a screw-driver into an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft of a case of coupling.
	3. Remove an external ring of the bearing.

Removal of a sealing ring of primary shaft

Prevention

At removal of a sealing ring do not damage a coupling case.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Screw-driver remove a sealing ring of primary shaft.

Removal of a sealing ring of differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Screw-driver remove a sealing ring of differential.

Removal of an external ring of the bearing of differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish in an external ring of the bearing of differential a stripper OK130 170 012.
	2. Remove an external ring of the bearing of differential.

Installation of a sealing ring of differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Using an opravka of OK201 170 AA1, establish in a nest of a case of a transmission an oil sealing ring of differential.

Removal of a sealing ring of a drive of a speedometer

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Screw-driver remove a sealing ring of a drive of a speedometer.
