10.8. Removal and installation of an automatic transmission

GENERAL INFORMATION

Automatic transmission

1–socket of the sensor of air temperature;
2–the socket of the sensor of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air (only on the TE DOHC engine);
3–case of the air filter;
4–engine No. 4 support;
5–the socket of the sensor of frequency of rotation on entrances / turbines;
6–bolt of fastening of a wire of "weight";

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Lift the car and fix on support.
3. Establish the reception pallet under a stopper plum of liquid of an automatic transmission.
	4. Turn out a stopper and merge all liquid from an automatic transmission.
5. Lift up the diagnostic socket from the sensor of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air (only the TE DOHC engine). Disconnect a branch pipe of supply of air to an inlet collector, disconnect sockets of sensors of air temperature and a measuring instrument of a consumption of air (only the TE DOHC engine), turn out two bolts and a nut and remove the case of the air filter.
6. Turn out three nuts of fastening of a support of the engine No. 4 and weaken the central bolt of a support.
	7. Disconnect the socket of the sensor of frequency of rotation on entrances / turbines.
	8. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a wire of "weight" to the top part of a case of a transmission and disconnect a wire.
9. Disconnect the sensor of speed of the car on the right side of a transmission case.
10. Remove an U-shaped clip of fastening of a cover of a cable of the selector to a transmission arm.
	11. Turn out a nut and remove a washer of fastening of a cable of the selector to the lever of an automatic transmission.
12. Disconnect the socket of the sensor of the switch of a range of a transmission.
13. Disconnect the socket of the electromagnetic valve.
14. Disconnect the socket of provision of a cranked shaft.
	15. Disconnect the socket of the sensor of oxygen.
	16. Disconnect hoses of a radiator of an automatic transmission
	17. Turn out two top bolts of fastening of the converter.
18. The special AA0 adaptation OK201 170 support the engine so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the adaptation.
19. Remove forward wheels.
20. Turn out on seven screws and remove the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment.
21. Turn out two nuts and remove an U-shaped clip of catalytic converter.
	22. Turn out five nuts, and remove catalytic converter.
	23. For access to bolts of fastening of the converter of a torque, remove a cap. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the converter of a torque. For access to bolts, consistently turn a cranked shaft of the engine.
24. Turn out two bolts, remove a starter and take him aside.
Prevention Fix a starter so that wires of a starter were not tense.
	25. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the oil pallet of a transmission to the engine.
26. Remove шплинты, turn out nuts and disconnect the left and right tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.
	27. Turn out a bolt and a nut from each party and disconnect earrings of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
28. Turn out a coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever down and separate a hinge pin from a rotary fist from two parties of the car.
29. Turn out two nuts of fastening of a support of the engine No. 2 to a plate of protection of the engine.
	30. Turn out nuts and bolts and remove a plate of protection of the engine.
31. Turn out three bolts and remove a support of a power shaft from the block of cylinders of the engine.
	32. Insert mount between the internal CV JOINT of a power shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount, take a power shaft from a transmission.
	33. Take out internal CV JOINTS of power shafts from a transmission and close the openings which have opened after removal of shaft, plastic caps OK201 270 014.
	34. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a support of the engine No. 1.
	35. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a support of the engine No. 2 and turn out a bolt of fastening of a support to a transmission.
36. Support a transmission a jack.
	37. Turn out the last two bolts of fastening of a case of the converter.
38. Being careful, slowly lower a little a transmission, having inclined it to the earth.
39. Softly separate a transmission from the engine and slowly lower it under the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On a jack lift a transmission and establish it under the car.
2. Slowly lifting and moving to the engine, establish a transmission into place.
	3. Fix a transmission on the engine four bolts, two from above and two sideways. Inhaling moment: 89–116 N • m
4. Lower a jack.
5. Remove plastic caps OK201 270 014 from a transmission.
	6. Establish a support of the engine No. 2 and fix it three bolts and a bolt to a transmission case.
7. Screw four bolts of fastening of the converter of a torque. For a vvorachivaniye of other bolts, consistently turn a cranked shaft of the engine. Inhaling moment: 34–49 N • m
	8. Screw four bolts of fastening of the oil pallet of a transmission to the engine. Inhaling moment: 37–52 N • m
9. Establish a starter and a wire of connection with "weight".
	10. Screw three bolts of fastening of a support of the engine No. 1. Inhaling moment: 67–93,2 N • m
	11. Establish a lock ring on the internal end of a power shaft.
12. A push, insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from above.
13. Establish a support of a power shaft on the block of cylinders of the engine and fix it three bolts. Inhaling moment: 43–52 N • m
14. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right bottom levers in rotary fists and fix them coupling bolts. Inhaling moment: 43–54 N • m
	15. Establish the left and right earrings of the stabilizer and fix them. Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
16. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right tips of steering drafts in rotary fists and fix them nuts. Inhaling moment: 30–44 N • m
17. Shplintami fix nuts from an otvorachivaniye.
18. Establish a plate of protection of the engine and fix it bolts and nuts. Inhaling moment: 64–89 N • m
	19. Establish a support No. 2 of the power unit and fix it. Inhaling moment: 38–51 N • m
20. Establish and fix catalytic converter. Inhaling moment: 37,2–51,9 N • m
	21. Establish an U-shaped clip of catalytic converter and tighten two nuts.
22. Establish both mudguards and fix them screws.
23. Establish forward wheels and fix them nuts. Inhaling moment: 88–118 N • m
24. Lower the car.
25. Remove the special AA0 adaptation OK201 170 supporting the engine.
26. Pull entrance and target hoses over tubes of liquid of an automatic box before so that end faces of hoses reached fillets on tubes.
	27. Establish a hose clip on a hose in the center of marking and under the corner shown in drawing.
28. Connect the socket of the sensor of oxygen.
29. Connect the socket of the sensor of provision of a cranked shaft.
	30. Connect the socket of the electromagnetic valve.
31. Connect the socket of the switch of a range of a transmission.
32. Establish a washer and screw a nut of fastening of a cable of the selector to the lever of an automatic transmission. Inhaling moment: 32–46 N • m
	33. Establish an U-shaped clip.
34. Connect the socket of the sensor of speed of the car.
35. Connect the socket of the sensor of frequency of rotation on entrances / turbines.
36. Establish a support of the engine No. 4 and fix three bolts and a nut. Inhaling moment: Nuts: 68–93 N • m Bolts: 64–89 N • m
	37. Establish the case of the air filter.
38. Connect the socket of the sensor of air temperature.
39. Connect the socket of the sensor of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air (only the TE DOHC engine).
40. Establish the diagnostic socket.
41. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
42. Fill in liquid in an automatic transmission.
43. Adjust a cable of management of a transmission.
