10.17. Electromagnetic valves

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Disconnect the socket from the electromagnetic valve.
3. Measure resistance between each contact and "weight".

Resistance: 14–18 Ohm

Prevention

2: valve of the converter of a torque; 3: electromagnetic valve A; 6: electromagnetic valve B; 9: electromagnetic valve C.

4. Otherwise check an electric chain on break or short circuit. Replace the electromagnetic valve.

Conductivity check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the 55-contact socket from the control unit an automatic transmission.
2. Check conductivity between C221-30, C221-33, C221-32 and C221-4 plugs, and "weight".
3. If conductivity is absent, check electric chains.
