10.20. Repair of the lever of the selector

GENERAL INFORMATION

Selector lever

1–O/D switch socket;
2–handle of the lever of the selector;
3–indicator panel;
4–casing;
5–lamp of the indicator of a position of the selector;

8–spring plate;

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. A screw-driver with a flat edge release socket contacts. Take contacts from the socket.
2. Turn out two screws and remove the handle from the selector lever.
3. Remove a casing.
4. Turn a lamp of the indicator of position of the lever of the selector counter-clockwise and remove it.
5. Turn out two screws and remove a clamp roller assembled, then remove a plate, the top spring plate and a spring plate.
6. Turn out a bolt from a basic plate.
7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a directing plate and remove it.
8. Remove the lever of the lock and the selector lever.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the lever of the lock and the selector lever.
2. Establish directing plate on a basic plate and fix two bolts.
3. Tighten bolts to a basic plate. Inhaling moment: 6,9–9,8 N • m
4. Put greasing 0-GL02 on an internal part of a roller.
5. Move the selector lever to a position P.
	6. Freely establish a spring plate, the top spring plate and a plate.
	7. Adjust a gap directing between a plate and a pin and tighten two screws. Inhaling moment: 2,0–2,9 N • m
8. Put greasing 0-GL02 on an internal part of a directing plate.
	9. Put greasing 0-GL02 on outer side of a directing plate.
10. Establish a lamp of the indicator of a position of the lever of the selector in the indicator panel.
11. Establish a cover.
	12. Tighten the screw of fastening of the panel of the indicator in the sequence given on drawing. Inhaling moment: 2,0–2,9 N • m
13. Carry out O/D switch wires through a cover and the indicator.
14. Insert an O/D switch wire into the socket.
15. Screw two screws of fastening of the handle of the lever of the selector. Inhaling moment: 2,0–2,9 N • m
16. Check that position of the lever of the selector there correspond indications of the lever of the selector.
