6.21. Fuel nozzles

 Removal
Prevention

Be convinced that nozzles are reliably established in the fuel highway that will prevent their moving and, probably, damage.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove pressure in fuel system.
2. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
3. Disconnect four sockets from fuel nozzles.
4. Disconnect quick-detachable connection fuel the highway from the pipeline of supply of fuel.
5. Turn out two bolts and a nut and remove an arm of a cable of an accelerator.
6. Disconnect an accelerator cable.
7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the fuel highway to an inlet collector.
8. Remove the fuel highway.
9. Remove four clamps, fixing nozzles to the fuel highway.
10. Remove fuel nozzles.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish nozzles to the fuel highway.
2. Fix nozzles four clamps.
3. Establish the fuel highway and fix two bolts.
4. Connect an accelerator cable.
5. Establish an arm of a cable of an accelerator and fix it two bolts and a nut.
6. Connect to the fuel highway the pipeline with quick-detachable connection.
7. Connect four sockets to fuel nozzles.
8. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
9. Start up the engine and check absence of leakages of fuel.
