Removal

Prevention

Gasoline is explosive, therefore at work with elements of fuel system provide normal ventilation of a workplace, do not use fire, the sparking devices opened by fire-dangerous light devices and do not smoke. Before removal, merge fuel from a fuel tank. Clear a fuel tank from паров fuels.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove pressure in fuel system.
2. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
3. Remove a pillow of a back seat.
4. Disconnect sockets from the block of supply of fuel.
	5. Turn out three screws of fastening of a cover.
	6. Remove a rubber ring and disconnect wires from a cover.
7. Uncover.
8. Disconnect two fuel hoses from the block of supply of fuel.
9. Lift the car.
10. Establish a jack under a fuel tank.
11. Disconnect two fuel hoses from the fuel filter.
12. Disconnect a hose паров fuels from the bilateral valve.
13. Weaken a collar of fastening of a hose to a fuel tank.
14. Turn out the bolts, fixing an insulator.
15. Turn out two bolts of fastening of tapes of a fuel tank.
Prevention Close all opened openings of a fuel tank to exclude an exit from a tank паров fuels.
16. Remove a fuel tank from under the car.
Prevention Even in an empty fuel tank there are pairs of fuel which are explosive therefore be careful. Provide normal ventilation of a workplace, do not use fire, the sparking devices opened by fire-dangerous light devices and do not smoke. As soon as possible clear a fuel tank from паров fuels.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car.
2. Remove the covers closing everything of an opening of a fuel tank.
3. Establish a fuel tank on a jack and lift it to the car.
4. Connect a hose to a fuel tank and fix it a collar.
5. Connect to a fuel tank two fuel hoses.
Prevention Dress a branch hose паров fuels on the union of a fuel tank at least on 25 mm. A hose of a toplivonalivny mouth and a tube pull on the union over 35 mm.
	6. Establish tapes of fastening of a fuel tank.
7. Return bolts of fastening of tapes of a fuel tank. Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
8. Establish an insulator and fix bolts.
9. Lower the car.
10. Connect two hoses to the block of supply of fuel.
	11. Establish a rubber ring and fix wires on a cover.
	12. Establish a cover and fix three screws. Inhaling moment: 10,8–16,7 N • m
13. Connect the socket of a food of the block of supply of fuel.
	14. Fix socket wires a sticky tape.
15. Establish a pillow of a back seat.
16. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
