Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect wires from the storage battery. 2. Remove the storage battery and a battery support. 3. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system. 4. Moving up, remove the diagnostic socket from an arm of the sensor of a consumption of air. 5. Disconnect electric sockets from the sensor of temperature of air arriving in the engine and the sensor of a consumption of air. 6. Disconnect an inlet air branch pipe from throttle knot. 7. Disconnect a ventilation hose. 8. Remove a zabornik of fresh air. 9. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator and, at existence, a cable of management of system круизконтроля. 10. Remove the case of the air filter assembled. 11. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes. 12. Weaken collars and remove the top and bottom hoses of a radiator. 13. Disconnect a hose of supply of fuel from the fuel highway. Prevention Do not smoke, and do not use an open flame about elements of fuel system as it can lead to explosion. 14. Weaken collars and disconnect hoses going to a heater. 15. Disconnect electric sockets from the valve of a control system of frequency of rotation of idling and the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve. 16. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles. 17. Disconnect from the engine other electric sockets, remove an arm and reinstall an eye for an engine raising. Moment of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of an eye: 37,2–51,9 N • m 18. Disconnect electric sockets from V-contact and starter S-contact. 19. Disconnect electric sockets from V-contact of the C121 socket of the generator. 20. Turn out a bolt and disconnect the grounding tire. 21. Turn out screws and remove the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment. 22. Turn out bolts and remove the thermofilter of a final collector. Turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of the pump of the amplifier of a steering. 23. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner, and five bolts of fastening of an arm of the compressor of the conditioner. 24. Turn out a bolt and disconnect the grounding tire from the top part of a case of a transmission. 25. Turn out three nuts and one bolt and remove a support No. 4 of the power unit. 26. Disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of frequency of rotation of an entrance shaft of a transmission. 27. Disconnect the electric socket of the switch of a lamp of a backing from a mechanical transmission. 28. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of speed of the car. 29. Remove an U-shaped clip and disconnect a selector cable from draft of a transmission. 30. Turn out a nut and remove a washer of fastening of draft of an automatic transmission. 31. On cars with a mechanical transmission, disconnect drafts from a transmission. 32. On cars with a mechanical transmission, disconnect a tube from the working cylinder of coupling and remove the working cylinder of coupling. 33. On cars with an automatic transmission, disconnect the electric socket of the switch of the indicator of the included transfer. 34. On cars with an automatic transmission, disconnect the electric socket from the electromagnetic valve. 35. On cars with an automatic transmission, disconnect from a transmission two hoses going to an oil radiator. 36. Remove forward wheels. 37. Disconnect the electric socket from the oxygen sensor. 38. Remove a reception exhaust pipe. 39. Take шплинты and turn out nuts of fastening of power shafts to naves of forward wheels. 40. Turn out bolts and nuts of fastening of drafts of the stabilizer and remove drafts. 41. Turn out coupling bolts and nuts of fastening of the left and right spherical hinges of the bottom levers. 42. Disconnect spherical hinges of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket from rotary fists. 43. Turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of support of a power shaft to the block of cylinders of the engine. 44. Mount, pull out internal hinges of power shafts from a transmission. 45. Support the engine the load-lifting mechanism. 46. Turn out two nuts of fastening of a support No. 2 of the power unit. 47. Turn out one bolt of fastening of a support No. 3 of the power unit. 48. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a support of No. of 1 power unit. 49. Remove the engine together with a transmission from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the engine together with a transmission in a motor compartment of the car. 2. Screw three bolts of fastening of a support of No. of 1 power unit. Inhaling moment: 67–93,2 N • m 3. Establish a support No. 3 of the power unit and fix bolts. Inhaling moment: 85,3–116,6 N • m 4. Fix nuts a support No. 2 of the power unit. Inhaling moment: 38–51 N • m 5. Establish a support No. 4 of the power unit and fix bolts. Inhaling moment: Nuts: 68–93 N • m Bolts: 64–89 N • m 6. Remove the load-lifting mechanism supporting the engine. 7. Establish new lock rings on power shafts. 8. In easy blows establish internal hinges of equal angular speeds of power shafts in a transmission. 9. Establish an arm of support of a power shaft and fix three bolts to the block of cylinders of the engine. Inhaling moment: 43–62 N • m 10. Establish fingers of spherical hinges of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket in rotary fists and fix coupling bolts. Inhaling moment: 43–52 N • m 11. Establish the left and right drafts of the stabilizer. Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m 12. Establish a reception exhaust pipe. Inhaling moment: And – 40,2–54,9 N • m In – 69–94 N • m With – 20,6–27,4 N • m 13. Connect two pipes of system of cooling of oil to an automatic transmission. 14. Connect the electric socket to the electromagnetic valve of an automatic transmission. 15. Connect the electric socket to the switch of the indicator of the included transfer. 16. Establish the working cylinder of coupling and connect to it a tube. Inhaling moment: 18,6–25,5 N • m 17. Connect drafts of management of a mechanical transmission. Inhaling moment: 16–23 N • m 18. Fix a nut with a washer draft of an automatic transmission. Inhaling moment: 32–46 N • m 19. Establish a selector cable on draft of management of an automatic transmission and fix it an U-shaped clip. 20. Connect the electric socket to the switch of a lamp of a backing on cars from a mechanical transmission. 21. Connect the electric socket to the sensor of speed of the car. 22. Connect the electric socket to the sensor of frequency of rotation of an entrance shaft of a transmission. 23. Connect the grounding tire to the top part of a case of a transmission. 24. Establish an arm of the compressor of the conditioner and fix it five bolts. Inhaling moment: Compressor arm: М14 – 38–51 N • m М12 – 19–25 N • m Conditioner compressor: 39–52 N • m 25. Establish and fix three bolts an arm of the pump of the amplifier of a steering. Inhaling moment: 39–52 N • m 26. Establish the thermofilter of a final collector and fix it bolts. Inhaling moment: TED: 18,6–25,5 N • m BFD: 7,8–10,8 N • m 27. Establish the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment and fix them screws. Inhaling moment: 13,5–16 N • m 28. Establish forward wheels and fix them bolts. Inhaling moment: 88–118 N • m. 29. Establish the tire of grounding of the engine and fix it bolts. Inhaling moment: And – 38–51 N • m In – 7,8–11,8 N • m 30. Connect electric sockets to the generator. 31. Connect electric sockets to a starter. 32. Connect electric sockets to the valve of a control system of frequency of rotation of idling and to the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve. 33. Establish an arm of electric sockets and fix bolts. Connect electric sockets to the engine. Inhaling moment: 37,2–51,9 N • m 34. Connect electric sockets to fuel nozzles. 35. Connect hoses going to a heater. 36. Connect a hose of supply of fuel to the fuel highway. 37. Connect the top and bottom hoses of a radiator. 38. Connect a vacuum hose to the vacuum amplifier of brakes. 39. Establish the case of the air filter in collecting and connect an inlet air branch pipe to throttle knot. 40. Establish a zabornik of fresh air. 41. Connect a ventilation hose. 42. Establish a cable of an accelerator and, at existence, a cable of management of system круизконтроля. 43. Establish the diagnostic socket in an arm of the sensor of a consumption of air. 44. Connect electric sockets of the sensor of temperature of air arriving in the engine and the sensor of a consumption of air. 45. Establish a belt of a drive of the pump of the amplifier of a steering and the conditioner compressor. Adjust a belt tension. Screw sharnirny and assembly bolts. Belt deflection: The new: 8,0–9,0 mm The earlier used: 9,0–10,0 mm 46. Establish a support of the storage battery and the battery. Inhaling moment: 13,5–16 N • m 47. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. 48. Connect wires to positive and negative plugs of the storage battery. 49. Check levels and, if necessary, add all liquids. 50. Start up the engine, check its work and absence of leakages of liquids.
