1. Apply a thin film pure engine oil on an external surface of hydraulic jacks of gaps of valves. |
| 2. Establish hydraulic jacks of gaps of valves on the places in a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 3. Check that hydraulic jacks of gaps of valves easily move in openings of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 4. Grease with a thin layer of pure engine oil of a neck of camshafts and working surfaces of bearings of camshafts. Establish camshafts so that adjusting pins were directed up. |
| 5. Establish covers of bearings of camshafts according to numbering of covers. Shooters on covers should be directed forward. |
| 6. Fix covers of bearings of camshafts bolts, having tightened them in a certain sequence for 5–6 stages. Inhaling moment: 17,6–26,5 N • m

7. Grease external surfaces and working edges of new sealing rings of camshafts with a thin layer of pure engine oil. |
|
8. Using the tubular opravka, the corresponding diameter, and a hammer establish sealing rings so that the end face of a sealing ring settled down flush with a head of the block of cylinders. |

9. Establish pulleys of camshafts, thus a label of I camshafts on a pulley of inlet valves and label Е on a pulley of a camshaft of final valves should be combined with adjusting pins. Fix pulleys of camshafts bolts.

10. Establish the sensor of an angle of rotation and fix it bolts. |
|
11. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and fix it bolts.
Inhaling moment: 7,8–11,8 N • m

| 12. Establish a gear belt. |
| 13. Connect a hose of positive ventilation of a case and a ventilation hose. |
|
14. Establish high-voltage wires and ignition coils. |
|
15. Establish the top cover on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and fix it screws. Inhaling moment: 4,9–8,8 N • m
|
| 16. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. |
