GENERAL INFORMATION

Window regulator with an electric drive

1–the main switch of window regulators on a door of the driver;
2–window regulator of a forward door;

3–the window regulator switch on a door of the passenger;
4–window regulator of a back door

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
	2. Remove a door upholstery.
3. Turn out one screw of fastening of an arm of the internal handle of opening of a door.
	4. Remove an arm of the internal handle of opening of a door.
	5. Remove from a door the loudspeaker in the following order: a. turn out three screws of fastening of loudspeaker to a door; b. disconnect a plait of wires from a door frame; c. remove the loudspeaker and disconnect sockets.
	6. Remove a pylevlagozashchitny film, gradually separating it from a door frame.
	7. Remove glass in the following order: a. repeatedly connect the switch of management of a window regulator; b. connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery; c. include ignition and move glass to half-open situation; d. switch off ignition; e. disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery; f. turn out two bolts of fastening of glass to a window regulator;
	g. inclining and lifting a back part, remove glass from the outer side of a door.
	8. Remove a window regulator in the following order: a. disconnect the electric socket of the engine of a drive of a window regulator; b. turn out six nuts of fastening of a window regulator to a door; c. through an opening in the internal panel of a door remove a window regulator.
	9. Turn out one bolt and remove directing glasses from a door.
	10. Remove directing sealant of glass.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Establish directing sealant of glass.
	2. Establish directing glasses in the following order: a. establish directing glasses through an opening in the internal panel of a door; b. screw a bolt of fastening directing glasses, without tightening a bolt finally.
	3. Establish a window regulator in the following order: a. establish a window regulator through an opening in the internal panel of a door; b. fix a window regulator nuts; Inhaling moment: 9–13 N • m c. connect to the window regulator engine the electric socket.
	4. Establish a window regulator in the following order: a. insert outside of a door at first a forward part of glass, then, turning and lowering, establish glass at a door and arrange it on a window regulator arm;
b. screw, but do not tighten finally, bolts of fastening of glass; c. repeatedly connect the switch of management of a window regulator; d. connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery; e. include ignition and move glass up and down to intensify function of management by a window regulator; f. if necessary, adjust the provision of glass; g. switch off ignition; h. disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery; i. tighten two bolts of fastening of glass to a window regulator; Inhaling moment: 2–3 N • m j. tighten one bolt of fastening directing glasses; Inhaling moment: 9–13 N • m k. connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery; I. include ignition; m. move glass down; n. switch off ignition; o. disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery; p. remove the window regulator switch.
	5. Establish on a door a pylevlagozashchitny film in the following order: a. fix a pylevlagozashchitny film on a door; b. deduce the electric socket of a plait of wires of a door; c. deduce drafts of the internal handle of opening of the lock of a door from a pylevlagozashchitny film.
	6. Establish the loudspeaker and fix it three screws.
	7. Establish an arm of the handle and fix it one screw.
	8. Establish a door upholstery.
