4.12. Radiator

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
	2. Merge cooling liquid in the suitable container.
	3. Remove a zabornik of fresh air.
4. Weaken a collar and disconnect the top hose of a radiator.
5. Disconnect the socket from the engine of the fan of a radiator.
6. Disconnect the socket from the kondensor engine.
7. Disconnect a hose from a tank of cooling liquid.
	8. Remove radiator arms.
	9. Disconnect inlet and final pipes of cooling of an automatic transmission.
10. Weaken a collar and disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator.
11. Lift and remove up a radiator from a motor compartment.
12. Remove the radiator fan in collecting and a kondensor from a radiator.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a radiator on lack of cracks, damages and absence of leaks.
	2. Check on lack of pognuty plates of a radiator. If necessary, using a hairbrush, straighten platinum.
3. Check a condition of entrance and target branch pipes of a radiator.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the radiator fan in collecting and a kondensor.
2. Establish a radiator assembled in a motor compartment.
3. Connect the bottom hose of a radiator and fix it a collar.
	4. Connect inlet and final pipes of cooling of an automatic transmission.
5. Establish radiator arms.
6. Connect a hose to a tank of cooling liquid.
7. Connect the socket to the kondensor engine.
8. Connect the socket to the engine of the fan of a radiator.
9. Connect the top hose of a radiator and fix it a collar.
	10. Establish a zabornik of fresh air.
	11. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
	12. Fill in in cooling system necessary amount of demanded cooling liquid.
13. Start up the engine and check absence of leaks from cooling system.
