Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the central console.
2. Remove a safety cushion of the driver.
3. Remove a steering wheel, the switch of a signal of turn, both the top and bottom casings of a steering column.
4. Turn out a nut of fastening and release a cover of a cable of opening of the lock of a cowl from a plate on the left side of the dashboard.
5. Remove the handle of opening of the lock of a cowl. Turn out three screws and remove the furnish panel on the left side of the dashboard.
6. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the left side T-shaped............
	7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the left side of the dashboard, as is shown in drawing.
8. Remove an ashtray.
9. Remove an overlay of the central console.
10. Remove the control panel heating and ventilation.
11. Remove a ware box.
12. Remove the central panel of furnish.
13. Remove a safety cushion of the forward passenger.
14. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the right side T-shaped............
	15. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the right side of the dashboard, as is shown in drawing.
16. Turn out two bolts from both parties of a steering column which fix a steering column and the dashboard. Lower a steering column down.
17. Disconnect all sockets connecting the dashboard and a plait of wires of the car.
18. Remove the dashboard.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the dashboard in the car. Be convinced that the steering column is established correctly through T-shaped with a plait of wires before dashboard installation. Otherwise the steering column cannot be correctly established.
2. Connect sockets of a plait of wires and the dashboard.
3. Screw two bolts from both parties of a steering column which fix a steering column and the dashboard. Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
4. Screw three bolts of fastening of the right side of the dashboard. Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
5. Screw two bolts of fastening of the right side T-shaped............ Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
6. Establish and fix a safety cushion of the forward passenger. Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
7. Establish the central panel of furnish.
8. Establish a ware box.
9. Establish the control panel heating and ventilation.
10. Establish an overlay of the central console.
11. Establish an ashtray.
12. Screw two bolts of fastening of the left side of the dashboard. Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
13. Screw two bolts of fastening of the left side T-shaped............ Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
14. Establish the bottom panel of furnish on the left side of the dashboard.
15. Establish T-shaped and fix two bolts.
16. A nut fix a cover of a cable of opening of the lock of a cowl to the dashboard.
17. Establish the handle of opening of the lock of a cowl.
18. Establish a steering wheel, the switch of a signal of turn, both the top and bottom casings of a steering column.
19. Establish a safety cushion of the driver.
20. Establish the central console.
21. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
