Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove vlagozashchitny consolidation of a door.
2. Remove a door upholstery.
	3. Turn out one screw of fastening of an arm of the internal handle of opening of a door.
	4. Remove the internal handle of unlocking of the lock of a door in the following order: a. turn out three screws of fastening of the handle; b. disconnect from the handle two drafts; c. remove the internal handle of a door.
5. Remove a pylevlagozashchitny film, gradually separating it from a door frame.
	6. Remove glass in the following order: a. repeatedly connect the switch of management of a window regulator; b. connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery; c. include ignition and move glass to half-open situation; d. switch off ignition; e. turn out two bolts of fastening of glass to a window regulator;
f. inclining and lifting a back part, remove glass from the outer side of a door; g. disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
7. Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
8. Through an opening in the internal panel of a door turn out two nuts of fastening of the external handle of a door.
	9. Remove the external handle of a door.
	10. Turn out three screws of fastening of the lock of a door.
11. Through an opening in the internal panel of a door remove the door lock.
12. Disconnect the electric socket of the engine of a drive of a window regulator.
	13. Turn out six nuts of fastening of a window regulator.
14. Through an opening in the internal panel of a door remove a window regulator.
15. Disconnect the electric socket and a clip of its fastening from the modulator.
16. Through an opening from hinges extend a plait of wires from a door.
17. Remove directing glasses.
18. Remove an external vlagozashchitny strip.
19. Remove an external slip from a door.
20. Remove the limiter of opening of a door in the following order: a. turn out a bolt of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door; b. through an opening in the internal panel of a door remove the limiter of opening of a door.
21. Remove a pylevlagozashchitny strip.
	22. Turn out bolts of fastening of both hinges and remove a door from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a door in the following order: a. establish properly a door on the car; b. screw bolts of fastening of both hinges. Inhaling moment: 17–29 N • m
2. Establish vlagozashchitny consolidation of a door.
3. Establish the limiter of opening of a door in the following order: a. through an opening in the internal panel of a door establish the limiter of opening of a door; b. screw a bolt of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door. Inhaling moment: 22–27 N • m
4. Establish an external overlay for a door.
5. Establish an external vlagozashchitny strip.
6. Establish directing glasses.
7. From hinges of a door pass at a door a plait of wires.
8. Connect the modulator socket.
9. Establish a window regulator into place.
10. Screw six nuts of fastening of a window regulator. Inhaling moment: 9–13 N • m
11. Connect the socket of the engine of a window regulator.
12. Put the door lock through an opening in the internal panel of a door.
13. Fix the door lock three screws.
14. Establish the external handle of a door.
15. Fix two nuts the external handle of a door. Inhaling moment: 9–13 N • m
	16. Connect drafts of the lock for the external handle of a door.
17. Establish directing glasses in the following order: a. establish directing glasses through an opening in the internal panel of a door; b. fix a bolt directing glasses. Inhaling moment: 9–13 N • m
	18. Establish glass in the following order: a. for greasing at installation of glass use soap solution; b. insert outside of a door at first a forward part of glass, then, turning and lowering, establish glass at a door and arrange it on a window regulator arm.
	19. Tighten two bolts of fastening of glass. Inhaling moment: 2–3 N • m
20. If necessary, adjust the provision of glass.
21. Establish on a door a pylevlagozashchitny film and deduce drafts of the internal handle of opening of the lock of a door from a pylevlagozashchitny film.
22. Establish the internal handle of a door in the following order: a. connect to the handle two drafts of the lock of a door; b. fix the handle three screws. Inhaling moment: 3–4 N • m
	23. Establish an arm of the handle and fix it one screw.
24. Connect sockets of a plait of wires.
25. Establish a door upholstery.
26. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
27. Move glass in up against the stop.
