Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery. |
|
2. Merge oil from the engine. |
|
3. Remove the left and right antisplash guards of a motor compartment. |
|
4. Turn out bolts and remove a reception exhaust pipe. |
|
5. Turn out bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. |
|
6. An edge of a flat screw-driver or mount separate the oil pallet from the block of cylinders. |
Prevention
Do not insert tools between the oil pallet and the block of cylinders as it is easily possible to damage interfaced surfaces. Also at removal of old hermetic do not damage interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.

7. Turn out bolts and remove a maslozaborny tube with the mesh filter. |

Installation
Prevention
If the oil pallet is reused, remove everything extraneous materials from interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders. If bolts of fastening of the oil pallet are repeatedly used, clear the remains of old hermetic from a carving of bolts.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Establish a maslozaborny tube with the mesh filter and new laying and fix bolts. Inhaling moments: 7,8–11,8 N • m
|
|
2. Put a continuous layer of hermetic on an interfaced surface of the oil pallet. Round openings for bolts hermetic have from the inside. After drawing of hermetic it is necessary to establish the pallet no more than in 5 minutes. |
|
3. Establish the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts. Inhaling moments:
Bolts And, In, With, D: 7,8–11,8 N • m
Bolts Е: 38–51 N • m
|
|
4. Establish a reception exhaust pipe and fix bolts. Inhaling moments:
Bolts And: 40,2–54,9 N • m
Bolts In: 69–94 N • m
Bolts With: 20,6–27,4 N • m
|
|
5. Establish the left and right antisplash guards of a motor compartment and fix bolts. Inhaling moments: 18–24 N • m
|
| 6. Fill in in the engine necessary amount of demanded engine oil. |
|
7. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. |
| 8. Start up the engine and check absence of leakages of oil. |
| 9. Check level of engine oil and, if necessary, finish it to norm. |
