Dismantling
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. A screw-driver with the flat edge, wound with rags, remove a sealing ring. |
|
2. Turn out seven screws and uncover the oil pump. |
| 3. Remove external and internal rotors from the case of the oil pump. |
|
Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check a condition and, if necessary, replace the following details:
– the deformed or damaged case and/or a cover of the oil pump;
– the worn-out or damaged plunzher;
– the weakened or broken spring. |
|
2. By a metal ruler and shchupy measure a lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump: 0,18 mm
|
|
|
3. By Shchup measure a gap between teeths of rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible gap between teeths of rotors of the oil pump: 0,18 mm
|
|
|
4. By Shchup measure a gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump.
Maximum permissible gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump: 0,376 mm
|
|
Assembly
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Establish external and internal rotors in the case of the oil pump. |
| 2. Apply a thin film hermetic on a carving of screws of fastening of a cover. |
|
|
3. Establish a cover of the oil pump and fix screws. Inhaling moments: 6–9Н • m
|
| 4. Grease with engine oil a working edge of a new sealing ring and a nest of a sealing ring. |
|
5. Establish a sealing ring in the case of the oil pump so that the end face of a sealing ring acted from the pump case on 0,5–1,0 mm. |
