2.6. Back oil sealing ring

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Turn out bolts and remove a flywheel. If on the car the automatic transmission is established, remove a drive plate. At a reversing of bolts, block a flywheel from a provorachivaniye.
	3. Turn out bolts and remove a back cover from the block of cylinders.
	4. An edge of a flat screw-driver remove a sealing ring from a back cover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease with pure engine oil a nest in a back cover for a sealing ring, and also an external surface and working edges of a new sealing ring.

2. Opravka, the corresponding diameter, establish a sealing ring in a back cover of the block of cylinders. Establish a sealing ring so that the end face of a ring settled down flush with an external surface of a back cover or acted from it no more than on 0,5 mm.

3. Clear interfaced surfaces of a back cover and the block of cylinders of the hermetic remains. Thus be careful not to scratch a surface.

4. Establish a back cover and fix it bolts.
Inhaling moment:
And – 7,8–10,8 N • m
In – 40,2–54,9 N • m

5. Establish a flywheel and fix it bolts. Establish a transmission. If on the car the automatic transmission is established, establish a plate of a drive and an automatic transmission.

6. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
