8.6. Working cylinder of coupling

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

As the liquid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves paint, substitute for collecting liquid the suitable container.

At liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash out it a large amount of water.

After a detachment of a hydraulic tube of coupling, close a tube to avoid losses of brake liquid.


Working cylinder of coupling

1–hydraulic tube;
2–bolt;
3–working cylinder of coupling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Turn out seven screws and remove an antisplash guard of a motor compartment.
3. The special OK130430019 tool disconnect a hydraulic tube from the working cylinder of coupling.
4. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling and remove it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the working cylinder of coupling.
2. Screw two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling.

Inhaling moment: 18,6–25,5 N • m

3. The special OK130430019 tool connect a hydraulic tube to the working cylinder of coupling.

Inhaling moment: 12,7–21,5 N • m

4. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
5. Check absence of leakages of brake liquid from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
6. Carry out road tests of the car.
