GENERAL INFORMATION

Main cylinder of coupling

1–hydraulic tube;

2–nut;

3–main cylinder of coupling;

4–spring clamp;

5–pin

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a cable.
	2. Wring out fixing uvula and remove the block of safety locks.
3. Remove a spring clamp and a pin.
4. Turn out nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling.
Prevention As the liquid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves paint, substitute for collecting liquid the suitable container.
5. Disconnect a hose from the main cylinder of coupling.
6. The special OK130430019 tool disconnect a hydraulic tube from the main cylinder of coupling.
7. Remove the main cylinder of coupling.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the main cylinder of coupling.
2. Screw nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling.
3. Establish a pin and fix it a spring clamp.
	4. The special OK130430019 tool connect a hydraulic tube to the main cylinder of coupling. Inhaling moment: 12,7–21,5 N • m
5. Connect a hose to the main cylinder of coupling.
6. Establish the block of safety locks.
7. Establish a cable.
8. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
9. Check absence of leakages of brake liquid from a hydraulic contour of coupling.
10. Carry out road tests of the car.
