Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on support.

2. Remove a wheel.

3. Turn out a bolt and remove a washer of fastening of forward cross-section bent for to a cross-section beam.

4. Turn out a bolt and remove a washer of fastening of back cross-section bent for to a cross-section beam.

5. Turn out two nuts of fastening of a cable of the parking brake to the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.

6. Turn out a nut and remove a sharnirny bolt of fastening of cross-section bent for to a support of a back nave.

7. Turn out two sharnirny bolts of fastening of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.

8. Remove the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket in an arm and on a support of a nave and fix two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m

2. Establish an arm of a cable of the parking brake on the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket and fix two nuts.

Inhaling moment: 19–26 N • m

3. Establish cross-section drafts on a support of a nave and fix the sharnirny bolt, two washers and a spring washer, then tighten a lock nut.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m

4. Establish forward cross-section draft and fix it a bolt and a lock washer to a cross-section beam.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m

5. Establish back cross-section draft and fix it a bolt and a lock washer to a cross-section beam.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m

6. Establish a wheel.

7. After installation, check corners of installation of back wheels.

Prevention

Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of cross-section drafts and the longitudinal lever the demanded moment after car installation on wheels.
