Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix the pump of the amplifier of a steering in a vice which sponges close brass.

2. Turn out two bolts of fastening of an arm to the pump of the amplifier of a steering and remove an arm.

3. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a soaking-up pipe, and remove soaking-up pipe.

4. Remove a sealing ring of round section of a soaking-up pipe from the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

5. Remove the socket from the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

6. Remove four sealing rings of round section from the socket.

7. Remove regulating valve from an opening of the valve of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

8. Remove a spring from an opening of the valve of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

9. Perezakrepita the pump in a vice so that could be turned out four bolts of fastening of a back part of the case of the pump.

10. Remove a back part of the case of the pump.

11. Remove a sealing ring of round section from the case.

12. Remove a statorny ring.

13. Remove a rotor.

14. Remove blades.

15. Remove a lateral plate.

16. Remove two sealing rings of round section from a lateral plate.

Check

Prevention

If necessary, replace the pump of the amplifier of a steering assembled.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Check forward and back parts of the case of the pump on lack of cracks, damages and non-uniform wear of a rotor.
2. Check the surface of a statorny ring interfaced to blades on lack of non-uniform wear.
3. Check surfaces of a lateral plate and the cases of the pump interfaced to mobile details on lack of non-uniform wear.
	4. Check a gap between a rotor and blades.
5. Check regulating valve on lack of cracks, damages and non-uniform wear of a rotor.
	6. Check a condition of a spring of the regulating valve.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish two sealing rings of round section in a lateral plate.
2. Establish a lateral plate.
3. Combine openings of a lateral plate for simplification of installation of a back part of the case.
	4. Establish a rotor an identification label up.
	5. Establish ten blades flat parts in rotor grooves.
	6. Establish a statorny ring an identification label down.
7. Establish a back sealing ring of round section.
8. Establish a back part of the case.
9. Establish and tighten four bolts of fastening of a back part of the case. Inhaling moment: 18–22 N • m
10. Establish a spring and regulating valve in an opening of the valve of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
11. Establish four sealing rings of round section in the socket.
12. Establish and fix the socket. Inhaling moment: 49–69 N • m
13. Establish a sealing ring of round section of a soaking-up pipe in the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
14. Establish soaking-up pipe and screw two bolts of fastening of a soaking-up pipe. Inhaling moment: 6–9 N • m
15. Establish an arm of the pump of the amplifier of a steering and fix two bolts. Inhaling moment: 29–39 N • m
