GENERAL INFORMATION

Working cylinder of coupling

1–pusher;
2–cover of the working cylinder of coupling;
3–piston;
4–spring;

5–a being screwed cover of the union of pumping;

8–case of the working cylinder of coupling

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a cover of the working cylinder of coupling and a pusher.
	2. Remove the piston and a sealing ring (cuff), submitting the compressed air through an opening for connection of a hydraulic tube.

Assembly

Prevention

Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

Before assembly, make sure that all details completely pure.

Before assembly grease with the specified liquid for coupling the piston, a sealing ring (cuff) and diameter of boring of the cylinder.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a spring, the piston, and press a cover of the cylinder of coupling into a case opening.

2. Establish a pusher.
