Dismantling

Prevention

Do not damage a pusher, and a surface of the main cylinder of coupling contacting to the piston.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Press a pusher and, пассатижами, remove an internal spring ring.
2. Remove a pusher, the piston, a piston stopper, a spring, a valve stopper, a spring and the block of valves.
	3. The suitable tool unbend a stopper shponka from the piston.

Assembly

Prevention

Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

Do not mix various brands of liquid for a hydraulic drive of coupling.

Before assembly grease with the specified liquid for coupling the piston and diameter of boring of the cylinder.

At assembly it is necessary to establish new a spring ring and a piston stopper.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. The suitable tool bend a stopper shponka in a piston flute.
	2. Establish the block of valves and other details in the case of the main cylinder of coupling.
	3. Establish a spring ring, previously having pressed a pusher.
