4.11. Engine of the fan of a radiator

GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
	2. Merge cooling liquid in the suitable container.
	3. Remove a zabornik of fresh air.
4. Disconnect the socket from the engine of the fan of a radiator.
	5. Weaken a collar and remove the top hose of a radiator.
6. Turn out two top bolts of fastening of a casing of the fan of a radiator.
	7. Turn out two bottom bolts of fastening of a casing of the fan of a radiator.
8. Lift and remove a casing of the fan of a radiator from a motor compartment.
9. Remove a clip and remove the radiator fan.
10. Turn out three bolts and nuts and remove the engine of the fan of a radiator.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The ampermeter check a current consumed by the engine of the fan of a radiator, as is shown in drawing.

Current: 8–13 And

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the engine of the fan of a radiator and fix three bolts and nuts.
2. Establish the fan and fix a clip.
3. Establish a radiator casing on a radiator.
4. Screw and tighten the top bolts of fastening of a casing of the fan. Inhaling moment: 7,8–11 N • m
	5. Screw and tighten the bottom bolts of fastening of a casing of the fan. Inhaling moment: 7,8–11 N • m
	6. Establish the top hose of a radiator and fix it a collar.
7. Connect the socket to the engine of the fan of a radiator.
	8. Establish a zabornik of fresh air and fix it a bolt and a nut.
	9. Fill in in cooling system necessary amount of demanded cooling liquid.
	10. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
11. Start up the engine and check absence of leaks from cooling system.
