 Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
2. Remove the dashboard.
3. Release a clip and disconnect a management cable.
4. Disconnect heater hoses from the heater block.
5. Remove the heater block

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation of the block of a heater is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
Prevention

Before installation of sealing rings, oil them;

Do not grease connecting nuts of unions of the compressor of the conditioner;

At installation of the new fan or the evaporator fill in 50 cm3 of fresh oil for the compressor through a tube of a high pressure of the compressor.
