GENERAL INFORMATION

Condenser

1–condenser;
2–condenser fan;
3–colder tube No. 2;
4–receiver / dryer;

5–colder tube No. 1;
6–a soaking-up pipe;
7–Lang of low pressure;
8–Lang of a high pressure

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Discharge air central air.
2. Disconnect tubes from the condenser.
	3. Turn out screws and remove the condenser.
Prevention Insert cardboard protection between the condenser and a radiator. Immediately close all open openings and tubes for an exception of hit of moisture of air in air central air.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation of the compressor of the conditioner is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

Prevention

Fill in in the compressor fresh oil;

Before installation of sealing rings, oil them;

Do not grease connecting nuts of unions of the compressor of the conditioner;

At installation of the new condenser fill in 20 ^cm3 of fresh oil for the compressor through a tube of a high pressure of the compressor.

Moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of tubes: 9,8–19,6 N • m
