Dismantling
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Reliably fix the lock of a steering wheel, then a chisel and a hammer make deepening (a groove for a screw-driver) in heads of two bolts of fastening of bolts of the lock of a steering column. |
Prevention
Fix a steering column in a vice which sponges close brass or a fabric.

2. Fix a steering column in a vice and, a screw-driver, turn out bolts of fastening of the lock. |

3. Remove the lock from a steering column. |
| 4. Turn out two coupling bolts of the universal hinge of the connencting steering and intermediate shaft. |
| 5. Remove an intermediate shaft. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Check lack of wear of the plug of a steering column and люфта connections of the universal hinge, and also smoothness of its movings and absence of noise, thus. |
| 2. Be convinced that the steering shaft does not turn in the provision of a key of LOCK, and freely turns in any other situation. |

1. Establish a coupling bolt of an intermediate shaft.

| 2. Establish the universal hinge on a shaft of a steering column and an intermediate shaft, and then tighten two coupling bolts of fastening of the universal hinge. Inhaling moment: 18-26H • m
|

3. Put the lock of a steering column. Screw new bolts of fastening of the lock of a steering column, and tighten them while heads of bolts will not be cut off. |
