GENERAL INFORMATION

Back axis
1–wheel;
2–dustproof cap;
3–the lock-nut to (replace);
4–brake drum (or disk);
 5–a nave with the bearing;
6–back brake mechanism;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Turn out four nuts of fastening of a wheel.
3. Remove a wheel.
4. Remove a dustproof cap, unbend a fillet and unscrew a lock-nut and two bolts of fastening of a brake drum.
5. Remove a brake drum (or a disk) from the back brake mechanism.
6. Remove a nave with the bearing.
Prevention

After a detachment of a brake tube, close it a suitable stopper to exclude leakage of brake liquid.
7. A special key OK130 430 019 unscrew a connecting nut of fastening of a brake tube.
8. Turn out two bolts and remove the back brake mechanism.
9. Disconnect two cross-section drafts and the longitudinal lever from a support of a back nave.

10. Weaken and then turn out two bolts of fastening of a rack of a back suspension bracket to a nave support.
11. Remove a nave support from a rack of a back suspension bracket.
12. Check a condition of all details and, if necessary, restore or replace the damaged details.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a nave support in a rack of a back suspension bracket and fix two bolts and nuts.

Inhaling moment: 93–116 N • m
2. Establish two cross-section drafts on a support of a nave and fix a bolt and a nut.

Inhaling moment: 93–116 N • m
3. Establish the longitudinal lever on a support of a nave and fix a bolt.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m

4. Establish the back brake mechanism and fix four bolts.

Inhaling moment: 45–67 N • m
5. A special key OK130 430 019 wrap a connecting nut of fastening of a brake tube.

Inhaling moment: 13–18 N • m
6. Establish a nave with the bearing.
7. Establish a brake drum (or a disk) on the back brake mechanism and fix two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 9,8–15 N • m
8. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer a nut fillet into a nave groove.

Inhaling moment: 210–279 N • m
9. Establish a wheel.

10. Tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel.

Inhaling moment: 88–118 N • m
12. Lower the car.
13. Check corners of installation of back wheels.
